I work out of a home office and utilize Sebastopol AIMs resources at least weekly for a mail box, shipping and reproduction services. Ive never once experienced a problem with a package reaching a recipient and they have helped me solve a number of my shipping questions and problems over the years.They are very convenient for me and my office and their prices are good. Ive used AIM for many years and had consistently excellent service. If you want to ensure that your package gets to the correct recipient I suggest you use a different mail center. It is Christmas and her business messed up, an apology and $10.60 is all that it would have taken to resolve this matter. What is unreasonable is being treated with utter disrespect by the owner of a "professional" establishment. Requesting $10.60 be credited to an account to compensate for postage to correct their mistake is not unreasonable. It is indisputable that it was AIM Mail Centers fault that the packages were mixed up. The owner became increasingly rude and at one point told me to "shut up." I was appalled at the lack of professionalism coming from a business owner. I requested that the owner credit my Mothers account the $10.60 it cost me in postage to correct their mistake. Your trust is our top concern, so businesses can't pay to alter or remove their reviews. I explained to the owner that because of someone in her shops negligence I would not be receiving my gifts on time and I was having to go out of my way to ship the gifts to the right individuals. She would not identify herself as the owner until after I identified myself as an Attorney. When I called the owner of AIM mail center on Monday, December 23, 2013, the owner was very rude and hostile towards me. The woman, that both my mother and the lady of the house dealt with at AIM, assured both ladies that she would box up the gifts and label them accordingly. When I spoke to the lady of the house who mailed the gifts to her aunt and uncle she confirmed that she too used AIM mail service. I was able to locate and contact the family and arrange to have the gifts mailed to the proper recipients. On Saturday, December 21st, 2013, I received a box that was addressed to me with a return address from my Mother however, when I opened the box the gifts inside were addressed to the Aunt and Uncle of an unknown family. My Mom paid for 2 day shipping to ensure that my gifts would arrive to me before Christmas. On Thursday, December 19th, 2013, my Mother used AIM Mail Center of Sebastopol, CA to ship my Christmas gifts to me.
